The hotel’s gourmet restaurant, La Table de Pierre, is run by chef Maxime Leconte, a real globetrotter who perfectly combines the flavors of the world with Proven\u00e7al dishes. The establishment’s second restaurant, the bistro Lis Orto, offers authentic dishes from the region in an atmosphere reminiscent of the famous bistros of Nice. Guests can enjoy a drink, a coffee or a snack in the lounge bar with a fireplace and a library. Since the reopening of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, a 2,000 m\u00b2 spa has been added to the many services offered by the establishment.
