\nAt the helm of this restaurant firmly rooted in the South and with a completely renovated navy blue setting: Ludovic Turac, a chef who has worked at Le Bristol and Guy Savoy. Using Proven\u00e7al vegetables, local fishing and meat from the Southern Alps, he has designed two menus in several sequences: “De la Mer \u00e0 la Terre” is marked by a strong Marseille influence and “Carrefour des \u00e9pices” includes numerous nods to his Mediterranean travels and his own Armenian origins – in short, a score that pays homage to the countries that have influenced Marseille cuisine.
