Chef Samuel Victori (formerly second at Passage 53) and his partner Juliette Busetto offer elaborate dishes where textures, cooking and flavors are mastered. Here we work with local suppliers: baker, fisherman, market gardener, breeder, potter… Their mentor: Michel Troisgros. Their credo: original, invigorating, fun recipes that shake up tradition, to be enjoyed in a lively and friendly atmosphere, with attentive service. The place offers two dining rooms, one on the ground floor, and the other in the basement, with its wine cellar. The set menu changes very regularly according to arrivals.
