\nAwarded in February 2018 with 2 stars in the Michelin guide and in the same year with 4 caps in Gault-et-Millau, our family home has become a rarity on the C\u00f4te d’Azur.<\/p>\n

\n** Two stars: exceptional cuisine.
\nThe Tourteaux brothers, Ga\u00ebl and Micka\u00ebl, are inseparable.\u00a0Same hotel high school in Nice (with exams in the same room!), joint training at Negresco during the time of Alain Llorca… and even the desire to work on the good, the real, the tasty, while being your own boss .\u00a0Result of this fraternal alliance: Flaveur, their baby, to which they devoted all their energy to the point of winning a Michelin star in 2011, and a second in 2018.<\/p>\n

How to summarize the Tourteaux \u201cleg\u201d?\u00a0It is based on a certain form of confidence, daring, well-balanced risk-taking.\u00a0For example, between the local product and distant spices, they do not choose: it will be both, my captain!\u00a0At the turn of a plate, a scorpion fish from the Ni\u00e7oise fishery meets a fish broth enhanced with vadouvan, a mixture of Indian spices with a powerful scent… it was risky, it’s a success.\u00a0A cuisine with character, fine and mastered from start to finish: bravo!<\/p>\n
