\nThe position of head chef is held by Ivan Yakovlev: he has a red diploma from a professional lyceum, experience working in Goa and Bali, and an internship in Spain. At the Caf\u00e9 Druzhba. Food Manufacture, Ivan oversees the production of ideal sausages and wieners, meat delicacies and sauces, which, by the way, can be purchased to go, and supervises the baking of bread and the process of meat aging in a special cabinet.
