Near the port of Nice, between the sea and the mountains, a stone’s throw from the Italian border, there is a small authentic restaurant with jasmine and climbing wisteria. At the corner of Rue François Guizol and Rue Bonaparte hides the starting point of new horizons.
These agitators, who have settled down behind the port of Nice, are not talkative! Chef Samuel Victory and his partner painstakingly and skillfully prepare dishes rich in texture and taste. The emphasis is on local suppliers: fruits and vegetables from Albert Luciano from Villefranche-sur-Mer, seafood from Thiers Coquillage. Their mentor: Michel Troisgros. Their concept: original, enthusiastic, taboo-free food. Fiction!
