A grand white marble staircase leads to the main entranceo of the house, which opens into astylish open - plan living space. The home is spread across two levels. The bright entrance opens into a spacious, modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area features a tablet that controls the extraordinary amenities offered by this property. A sliding glass door leads to the bedrooms. On this level, there are two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms are designed to maximize the incredible views of the surrounding islands. From the dining area, a hallway leads to the spectacular pool area, which can be heated and fully enclosed to transform it into a true indoor swimming pool. An elegant white marble staircase leads to the lower floor, which includes a second living area complete with a kitchen and dining room. Three additional double bedrooms are located adjacent to this space, one of which also has an extra single bed. Two of the bedrooms have large glass doors that open onto a spacious patio with direct access to the gardens and outdoor areas. The third bedroom features a window offering a beautiful view of the gardens and the Egadi Islands. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. A bright lounge area also allows guests to fully appreciate the villa’s stunning position. Through another glass door, guests will find a fully equipped wooden sauna, an emotional shower, and a marble wall with a cascading water feature — all at your disposal to make your holiday as luxurious and relaxing as possible.
