At the helm of this restaurant firmly rooted in the South and with a completely renovated navy blue setting: Ludovic Turac, a chef who has worked at Le Bristol and Guy Savoy. Using Provençal vegetables, local fishing and meat from the Southern Alps, he has designed two menus in several sequences: "De la Mer à la Terre" is marked by a strong Marseille influence and "Carrefour des épices" includes numerous nods to his Mediterranean travels and his own Armenian origins - in short, a score that pays homage to the countries that have influenced Marseille cuisine. His inventive recipes never lack flavor and vibrate in unison with the superb panorama of the Vieux Port and the "Bonne Mère".
