The Roxo is the famous spectacular burgundy lacquered decor around a large central bar and two planted patios, a table with uninhibited flavors of the world, a festive atmosphere, combined talents, a soundtrack to match the place.
Burgundy, “Roxo” in Portuguese, the official color of the place in reference to the Chef’s Brazilian origins. Bruno Grossi leaves his native Brazil for Europe. Trained by the greatest, he joins Marcus Wareing, double starred in London and Guy Savoy, triple starred in Paris.
For Les Bains, he imagines a menu in his image: accessible and passionate. A free spirit, plates to share, and relaxed, authentic, creative cuisine, full of influences. Like Roxo. The cards adapt to the mood. To the desires.
After the aperitif, Roxo expands his menu when hunger strikes. Two, four, six, eight, around the bar and DJ sets, in the lounges or at the table.
