Birds Bodrum

354 – the Vasilchuk Bros. restaurant group – opens Birds Restaurant & Show right on the seaside, in Yalikavak Marina. This is the Bodrum edition of the sensational Moscow project Birds.
The menu is centered around Pan-Asian cuisine as envisioned by head chef Konstantin Shatrov and chef Alexander Raylyan. The cocktails, featuring fanciful decorations and memorable presentation, are by Peter Sorokovov.
The concept of the venue – every day is a celebration. Dinners are presented in the Sunset Show format, accompanied by the signature Birds Show.
Dress code:
Guests are encouraged to adopt a smart-elegant dress style: blouses, dresses, blazers, cardigans, heels, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos, dress pants, dark-wash jeans, tailored pants. Athletic wear is strictly prohibited (including shorts, beach sandals) and inappropriately revealing attire.
