A member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux family, as well as of the association of Les Grandes Tables du Monde, the gastronomic restaurant Villa Archange invites you to enjoy two-starred cuisine in a unique, elegant and welcoming setting. In fine weather, a tree-lined inner courtyard also offers you the opportunity to dine al fresco.
The intimate and welcoming setting of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Le Cannet
The decor of the dining room is a subtle mix of genres and periods: delicate metal table lamps, old photos on the walls, seats upholstered in light-coloured fabrics and baroque touches that hark back to the Bastide’s long heritage... The whole combines to create an intimate and refined setting, with the parquet flooring adding a touch of warmth that serves to enhance the ensemble.
The exterior is the setting for gentle Mediterranean living. The Provençal inscription, adorning the sundial on the beautiful shaded terrace, reminds us that, "Aqui l'acuei es au soulèu raiounant” - "Here the welcome is in the radiant sun". And just like inside, the decor is a combination of original and elegant touches: the modernity of the concrete tables contrasts with the profusion of surrounding plant life, while the plushness of the seats in the lounge area acts as an invitation to indulge in moments of sheer relaxation before or after your meal.
Villa Archange, the renowned Michelin-starred gastronomic table in Le Cannet on the Côte d'Azur
Reworked in line with the passing seasons, the menu takes us on a journey from Brittany to the Mediterranean. Depending on the season and produce available, you might be tempted by ormers from the island of Groix accompanied by delicious Provençal artichokes, marinated red mullet, Breton lobster, turbot, sea bass or indeed, calf sweetbreads or lamb from Provence’s Alpilles mountain range…
As for the desserts, born of Yohan Jara's daily creativity, they provide a finale of lightness and originality. Whether you prefer the sweetness of a fruity note or the irresistible depth of chocolate, the unexpected counterpoint of a spice or a perfume from distant shores... All this and more is on offer for the meal’s most indulgent moment.
The wine list features more than 400 different labels. And sommelier, Axel Dervieux, delights in helping guests find the best food and wine pairing.
** Two Stars: Excellent cooking.
A unique sweet experience, a talented pastry chef.
This handsome 18C provençal villa is perched up in the hills above Cannes. Take a seat in one of the small cosy lounges to sample chef Bruno Oger's cuisine. Breton by birth, he has adopted the Mediterranean as his home, concocting inspired seafood dishes drawn from Brittany and the French Riviera… Abalone from the island of Groix in a parsley herb sauce; roast turbot, celery, shallots and walnuts; a lemon-flavoured praliné and buckwheat dessert. His braised pork cheeks and razor clams with a black pudding tartlet illustrate his knack for meat dishes. A table d'hôte in the kitchen provides the opportunity to glean insights into the culinary process. The cheerful, attentive service further adds to the experience. You can’t go wrong with the lunchtime menu, available on Fridays and Saturdays, all the more so as it offers the chance to taste the same dishes as those on the more high-flying set and à la carte menus.
