Inspired by the pink buildings of old Marrakesh, luxurious Amanjena is close to the legendary Red City, nestled in its own expanse of gardens and large open spaces. Shady courtyards with fountains lead to a central pool that feeds the gardens, which house spacious individual guest pavilions and mansions, all with private gardens and many with private pools. Local musicians create the soundtrack for dinner in the restaurant's serene patio every evening from Monday to Saturday, with a candle fountain lit at its heart. Guests can also enjoy an Italian menu at Aman Arva's signature restaurant.
Overlooking the serene Amanjena pool, Nama celebrates UNESCO-protected Japanese cuisine, Washoku, with expertly served sushi and sashimi at the heart of its menu. The restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. At the heart of the restaurant is a robata grill and sushi stand where guests can watch the chefs work their magic. Fresh seafood is delivered daily from Essaouira to the coast.
