Description
Amazónico Dubai, located in the heart of the DIFC, is the couple's second restaurant to open outside of Spain and will also draw inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region. Open from lunch until late at night. Discover a breathtaking atmosphere of lush greenery and natural materials, inspired by the rainforest, created by world renowned artist Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
Combining a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisines, our menus are inspired not only by the Amazon countries, but also by the unique Asian and Mediterranean communities that inhabit them. From Peruvian sushi and the freshest raw seafood to carefully prepared grilled meats and fish; Our chefs use both traditional and advanced methods, as well as seasonal and vibrant ingredients, to bring you to South America.
The Amazónico has many places of interest, including the lively and energetic Bar & Lounge, a cozy sushi bar, a bustling restaurant dining room and a breathtaking rooftop terrace. There is something here for anyone, any time of the day. Our resident and guest DJs perform live electro-pike music every night to keep you energized late into the night.
Experience Amazónico in a more formal setting in our mind-blowing dining room, which has a covered and open terrace. Sit back and relax amid luscious foliage, velvet banquets and jungle textures in a room that boasts beautiful outdoor terrace tables and fully enclosed seating. Guests can enjoy a full a la carte or sushi menu for lunch or dinner while watching the chefs at work in our huge open-plan kitchen.
Get to know our talented chefs at our Nikkei-themed sushi counter. The counter has eight locations where guests can observe and interact as we prepare Japanese-Peruvian specialties from a special raw menu and sushi. Located on the ground floor with a private terrace and dining tables next to it, this is the perfect place to enjoy a light lunch, afternoon snack or a cozy dinner.
In our high-energy space, which boasts both indoor and outdoor areas, the lounge bar has a vibrant atmosphere, day and night. Offering a dedicated lounge menu from 12 noon until late at night, guests can enjoy drinks and snacks any time of the day before lunch or dinner in a more informal setting.
Local and guest DJs play Amazónico's signature electro-pike music every evening, mixing electro beats with Latin-inspired sounds, while our experienced bar team prepares special cocktails. Watch the performances of our home band, playing Bossa Nova with a touch of Caribbean influence, every Sunday and Monday from 21:00.
