Chef Franco Aversa
Franco Aversa, Capri native by adoption, began his career at 15 in a small restaurant on the Colli di San Pietro (Sorrento) where he grew up with his family.
At 22 he moved to Munich and worked in a renowned restaurant in the city.
He returns to Italy and begins the adventure at Aurora alternating winter internships in various Italian 3 Michelin star restaurants. Today Aurora's cuisine is based on the uniqueness and authenticity of simple ingredients that our territory is able to offer.
