Beefbar, home of exceptional meat, opened its doors in Paris in 2018, not far from the Champs Elysées, under the gold of the former Fermette Marbeuf, a true jewel of the Art Nouveau Style.
The concept of Beefbar is to bring to the table Riccardo Giraudi’s greatest meats -American Black Angus, Australian Wagyu, certified Kobe beef etc- with decadent mashed potatoes. Should you have space to spare, try our inimitable signature soufflé for dessert! Beefbar’s incredible steak / mash / soufflé trio is a true showstopper.
Located where the Fermette Marbeuf used to shine, Beefbar’s project started with an unexpected discovery : an Art-Nouveau atrium registered as Heritage Monument in 1983. Adorned with sobriety and eccentricity, the imposing room has regained its former glory thanks to architects Humbert & Poyet, and won Restaurant & Bar Design Awards’ Heritage Building prize.
