Bonnie – Paris

A new establishment with a high terrace has opened in Paris. Here’s Bonnie, the restaurant-bar and club of the Paris Society, located on the 15th and 16th floors of SO/ Paris, a trendy hotel on the banks of the Seine.
On the 15th and 16th floors of this high-rise hotel, discover a new entertainment venue from the Society of Paris. As a restaurant, bar and club, Bonnie takes us to a warm atmosphere inspired by the 60s and 70s. One is promised a festive destination offering innovative cuisine and signature cocktails to be enjoyed on the terrace, which offers 360-degree views of Paris and its most beautiful monuments, including the Eiffel Tower.
Bonnie loves Paris, which she loves back, but also willingly crosses the Atlantic to sample her cuisine with a slight New York twist.
On the plate, the product is king and it is always the product of choice. The chic Parisian spirit of the brasserie hovers over an exquisite and deliberately impressive menu, where the sea plays an important role, but, like a good player, leaves room for several carefully selected meat dishes.
Recipes, festive and iconic, can be shared…or not.
At Bonnie, the art of making cocktails is readily apparent in the clink of cups. Champagne alone for purists or in new recipes for adventurers sets the tone for a menu that allows for some intrusions into the legendary cocktail repertoire of the 60s and 70s.
