Located in the heart of the Cité de l’Architecture in Paris, Girafe pays homage to the gestures of the past, accurate and friendly service, seafood and fish from our shores.
Created by Joseph Diran in the spirit of the 1930s, Girafe is a cozy decor made of cream benches, marble tiles, tropical plants, original pilasters … a table style that mixes charm, surprise and recklessness in a very Parisian spirit. Not to mention the devastating terrace, face to face with the Eiffel Tower.
Girafe is a mixture of simplicity and luxury, gluttony and beautiful city life. In the style of a Parisian sea house, fish, shellfish and crustaceans in all their forms are processed here. The most classic: in ultra-fresh plates, raw as ceviche and other sashimi, and artfully fried (lobster, sole, halibut …), changing as it arrives.
