1947 à Cheval Blanc takes its name from Château Cheval Blanc’s most prestigious vintage and represents the melody of the fragrances at the heart of the House.
Luxurious and enveloping décor by Sibylle de Margerie opens the kitchen into the restaurant’s cozy dining room, inviting guests to partake in the score played backstage. Sleek, modern, majestic, the rare painting consists of platter after platter to amaze the senses.
