MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View.
The oldest restaurant in Paris (1784-85) is a unique place: two magnificent Directoire rooms open onto the garden through arcades with their fair share of mirrors, crystal chandeliers, gilding, glass-protected paintings inspired by Antiquity… This legendary place is now open non-stop from breakfast to dinner. Chef Guy Martin proposes uncomplicated gastronomy in a chic and trendy atmosphere.
