Located 125 meters away, the star-studded restaurant Le Jules Verne opens onto three rooms that offer breathtaking views of the Champ de Mars, the Quai Branly and the Trocadero. Along with Frederic Anton, Amman-based architect Aline Asmar wanted to take the restaurant into a new era where culinary arts and decorative arts are intimately intertwined and intertwined with Paris.
