Hélène Darroz, the consummate chef who reinvented her restaurant Marsan in Paris to bring glory to her family’s home. The space has been completely redesigned to present a dining room in all shades of nude, with an elegant, pearly white, light ambience that is paired with brass accents. Everything in this exquisite room gives the impression that you are sitting at a table among the clouds. Her desire: to offer her customers a unique gastronomic experience, to sublimate her know-how and her terroir in a place that pays homage to its nourishing region in the most beautiful way.

Hélène Darroz reopened the doors of her Marsan restaurant on rue d’Assas in 2019 to showcase a whole new look in a cozy and elegant way that is perfect for this talented chef. Needless to say, something special that distinguishes this descendant of a family of chefs from the southwest of France is still present in the dishes. Namely, the ability to scour these local regions (Aquitaine, Landes, Basque Country) in search of the raw materials she needs to satisfy her culinary designs, and the ability to highlight them in a given dish, for example, a magnificent monkfish from small scale fish. Her rigor, insatiable curiosity and revolutionary blend of talent and intuition are also used in her cooking. Undoubted success.
