Mirazur Menton

Mirazur is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Menton, France. At the foot of the mountains, overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from the Italian border, the 1930s rotunda that houses Mirazur offers an idyllic setting. Immersed in lush vegetation, it is accessible on a hillside on three levels. Spacious, elegant and bright, the dining room embraces the sea as far as the eye can see and the city of Menton across a long, round bay.
Inspired by the sea, mountains and fruits and vegetables grown in his own gardens, Mauro invents exquisite, picturesque, colorful plates that play on textures and bold associations.
