This excellent modern restaurant with predominantly white décor is located in a small street in Toulouse’s old town. In the kitchen, young chef Pierre Clément creates artfully composed market dishes. His sense of ingenuity results in wonderful dishes at a very reasonable price given the quality on offer. Very good restaurant.
