Welcome to the Bistrot, where the care of every single gesture, from the selection of raw materials, to the choice of wines, from the welcome to the preparation of the dishes, is an act of love towards customers, tradition and passion for our work. Our culinary proposal is a continuous research that starts from the tradition of the aromas and flavors of our territory, where sea and mountains meet, reinterpreted in a contemporary key through our creative gesture.
A few steps from the sea, the restaurant is on a single level, divided into various rooms. The space, through a careful selection of materials and furnishings, is characterized by a contemporary colonial style with a touch of internationality, where the warmth of wood and leather combined with the color choices of fabrics and surfaces enhance the pleasure of conviviality and they create a balanced contrast with the large windows that open onto the Apuan Alps. The outdoor space of the Bistro is also exceptionally welcoming, with the elegant and recently renovated dehor where our customers can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation en plein air.

Despite the name, this restaurant is not a simple bistro but rather a gourmet restaurant in which the excellent chef focuses on two key elements. The first is the restaurant’s own farm which supplies it with olive oil, herbs, vegetables and some meat; the second is the presence of two wood-fired ovens in which the chef bakes different breads, as well as cooking some of his dishes (lobster, in particular). The hospitality here is of the highest order, with exceptional service and a wine cellar (a visit is highly recommended) that is home to a selection of superb Italian and international wines.
