There are places where time seems to stand still, letting the imagination run wild. RIVIERA PARIS, the latest restaurant from chef Mathieu Pacaud, is located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, sharing its gardens with those of his Michelin-starred establishment Apicius.
As soon as we cross the gate, the lush vegetation transports us far from the Parisian capital. To the point of taking us to the edge of the Mediterranean to stroll between the sunny Riviera and marine flavors.
The atmosphere is “chill and chic” with this breath of dolce vita bringing elegance, smiles and a festive spirit.

THE BAR.
The Mediterranean getaway at Riviera Paris continues with the wine list, offering very beautiful vintages of Corsican wines. The selection by the glass or the bottle will allow you to find an ideal pairing with the cuisine.
On the bar side, the head bartender's cocktails will take you between classicism and creativity according to your mood, from the "Gin Tonic" made with Corsican essences to the "Riva", interpretation of flavors from around the Mediterranean.
