The villa is a harmonious blend of luxury, tranquillity and seclusion and is located only a 3 minute drive from the vibrant and dynamic life of Monte-Carlo.
The villa is built on a rare property of 4,000 sqm overlooking the Mediterranean sea. A former olive plantation became the home of the luxurious property.
The villa is placed in a context of peace and protection – monitored by a sophisticated alarm system.
The villa has a mainhouse and a separate guesthouse with 6 bedrooms in total located on different levels, which allows you to have your family and friends or business partners next door – at the same time ensuring your privacy.
The villa is located in the south of France, Cap d’Ail at the border of Monaco with stunning sea views from every single room.

Life at the villa takes place around a large heated infinity pool but in every corner of the property are areas that can be prepared for dining and lounging.
Sit and relax in absolute tranquillity. The pool can be fenced for your children and pets safety.
The villa has sunbeds for 14 people.
The big trampoline for 6 people and the table tennis is fun for the entire family.
The property can be used for any event big or small, birthdays, weddings, seated dinners, cocktail parties, art exhibitions, anything you want.
Inside the villa, pleasant living areas open onto the wide terrace, pool and flat lawns.
The colours of the decoration and furnishings are light and chosen with an eye for discreet and elegant chic with lots of love and attention to detail.
Tasteful marble sculpted designs on the floors create an atmosphere of elegance and luxury.
The villa is designed for guests who enjoy luxury and a high-end lifestyle.
The dining and living room is the perfect place for an indoor winter party next to the fireplace. The furniture can easily be removed and turned into your dream event location.
The chef can spoil you and your guests or you can have your own barbecue or plancha grill dinner in the garden.
It is your decision how often you want the chef to take
care of you.
The villa has indoor and outdoor marble dining room tables for 14 people. The perfect place for a big family or big business group.
In the mainhouse all suites have a sea view. In the guesthouse 2 suites have sea views and a seperate studio has garden views. All suites are air-conditioned, have their own bathroom and balcony or terrace.
They are spacious and designed with elegance in white and beige.
The lounge connected to a suite, can be transformed into an extra bedroom, for children, au-pair etc.
The villa comprises 8 bathrooms in total. Each bedroom
has access to its own bathroom. The gym has it’s own
shower bathroom. Our cinemaroom also has a shower
bathroom with toilet.
All bathrooms show the subtle sense for aesthetics and adorable details to be found throughout the villa.
Bathrooms at the villa are made out of marble and all colours are beige.
In every bathroom of the villa, you will find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and hairdryers. Staying at
the villa is like staying in your own private hotel.

Our cinemaroom is the perfect hideout for a movie night with its dolby surround BOSE system or a game night with friends playing with the pinball and table football.
You can also have boxing lessons and other personal training lessons here.
Our winecellar has selected champagnes and wines for our guests. All perfectly temperatured that all drinks can be served cold upon arrival.
The gym is located in the guesthouse with a seperate entrance from the garden.
The gym includes cybex weightmachines and cardio machines such as a stepper.
Other outdoor activies in the garden include the trampoline for 6 people and the table tennis that can be moved around the villa accordingly.
The villa is a wheelchair friendly property with a ramp leading from the driveway into the garden. One big bedroom (60 sqm) is on the garden level, therefore we have often had guests needing a wheelchair stay at the villa.
The friendly staff will change your linens, like if you would be
staying at a hotel. Pool and bathroom towels will be washed and changed daily. The 2 washing machines and 2 dryers can be used by our guests, but our staff is happy to take care of your laundry. There is air conditioning in all our bedrooms, in the living room of the mainhouse, guesthouse and the cinemaroom.
