Fish restaurant of Alexander Rappoport on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The spacious hall is designed for 200 guests, and the interior successfully combines luxury and humor. So, the golden chandelier in the center of the hall resembles sea urchins; other lamps, like jellyfish, descend from the ceiling with graceful tentacles; a flock of 203 metal fish froze around the fireplace; and the plaster Poseidon is dressed in beach shorts.
The concept of the restaurant “Ervin. RekaMoreOkean” is built around domestic fish and seafood. Fresh shrimps, langoustines, crabs and crayfish are laid out on an ice display case. The menu opens with a section with appetizers from raw fish and seafood, among them - tartars, carpaccio, sashimi, crudo and stroganina. Oysters live in a large aquarium near the bar: there are 7 species in total. They are traditionally divided by numbers: the higher the number, the smaller the oyster and the lower the price. Crabs at Erwin. RekaMoreOkean” is dedicated to a special section: you can take phalanxes or legs, order half a king crab with melted butter or try soft-shell crab with Thai sauce. For hot dishes, they offer pasta and risotto with seafood and fish cooked on an open fire or stewed in sauces.
The wine list of the restaurant "Erwin. River Sea Ocean" contains hundreds of items. Basically, the list contains universal items like Italian prosecco or Chilean sauvignon blanc, as well as premium samples like an exquisite 2004 Bordeaux merlot.
