Description
For this first London opus, the Society of Paris is investing in a landmark townhouse at 13-15 West Street, in the heart of Convention Garden.
Drawing inspiration from several eras, Louis is a tribute to two key figures in the history of New Orleans and France: Louis XIV and Louis Armstrong, the famous jazz musician. It's also a clear allusion to Louisiana.
Décor inspired by the energy of New Orleans combined with the sensibility of London, the rhythm of New York, the elegance of Paris and a celebration of tradition.
In terms of cuisine, the menu flirts with classic French gastronomy, new Creole dishes from New Orleans and New York's culinary heritage. Among the already inevitable dishes: "deconstructed" Rockefeller oysters, grilled lobster in New Orleans and banana rum baba
