A new spirit, a new entrance, a renewed all-season décor: the floral art of Herve Fresal, also the Best Master of France, flourishes among the works of the 18th century, the porcelain dishes are made by Elisabeth Monroy and Sylvie Lorne, and the new atmosphere created by the lighting designers is current and full of softness.
The last important innovation: now the entrance to the restaurant is located from the side of the Promenade des Anglais, and you have to go through a completely renovated large landscape terrace.
